We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and offer our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week including bank holidays. In fact, we provide care every single day of the year.
Our Services
Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Companionship: Providing social interaction and emotional support to combat loneliness and isolation.
Medication Management: Ensuring clients take their medications correctly and on schedule.
Our Care Workers, Home Carers and Support Workers will attend to the personal needs and comforts of the elderly, the vulnerable, and those unwell with care and support needs (‘service users’) within residential care establishments, daycare establishments, or in their own homes.
The duties of the Care Workers, Home Carers and Support Workers include: - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating, and toileting. - Perform housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes. - Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning, and movement of clients. - Observe, monitor, and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff. - Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities - Assist service users to maintain on a day-to-day basis as much autonomy and independence as possible.
Skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Care Worker and Home Carers: - The post occupier must hold a minimum of a GCSE or Secondary school certificate - Effective communication skills - An empathetic and sympathetic attitude - A positive attitude - Excellent organizational skills - A passion for supporting and caring for people - Patience
